Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
Many owners that we have had experience with, just do not understand the Section 8 process. We will be more than glad to explain the process so that you can decide whether the process is something that you are willing to undergo. -
Are you licensed?
Yes, our firm is licensed in the State of Georgia. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Yes, by appointment. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
We have an escrow account arranged for deposits. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
You do get to see the lease. You have two options, our company’s Broker can sign it on your behalf, or you can choose to sign the lease. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, many of our investors who want to increase their portfolios are welcome to use our Realty services. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Most of our services are online pay. We get your funds to you as quickly as possible based upon your management agreement. -
How is rent collection handled?
The tenant pays into our trust account and we pay you. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
A minimum of 12 months. We have 24 month leases also. But suggest, the owner re-evaluate their lease situation with the tenant after 1 year. Call at 404-281-6041 if you require a shorter lease term. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
The full rental rate. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Following the return of the management agreement, immediately. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Single-Family Homes, Condos, Townhomes, Duplexes, Triplexes & Quads -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Reports are generated through our online property management software. You will receive a monthly accounting statement, an Annual Report of your accounting, repairs. Also, any move-in and move-out inspection reports. These reports will be in your Owner’s Portal and available around the clock once they are uploaded. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
The holder of the security deposit is set out and agreed upon in the lease.
