Can you hold a place before I apply?
A: No. You must complete and sign a rental application and pay a non-refundable application Fee, complete a tenant screening and be approved. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
A: Your security deposit and rent will be separate accounting charges. Upon application approval, we require a non-refundable reservation fee equivalent to your 1st Month's Rent. Your last month's rent and security deposit are due prior to you moving-in. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
A: You can request an application by calling 404-281-6041. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: Whether the owner allows pets will be in the listing. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
A: You must provide 60 days written notice prior to the expiration of your lease. This can be done through your Tenant Portal. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
A: It is determined by what is in your lease agreement.
